By accessing or using AyoPe's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Infosoft Private Limited and our registered users.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AyoPe's application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via SMS or in-app notification.

2. Eligibility

To use AyoPe's services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable Indian law
  • Complete the KYC verification process as required by RBI guidelines

3. Our Services

AyoPe provides the following digital financial services:

  • Mobile recharge (prepaid) for all major operators
  • Postpaid bill payments
  • DTH recharge services
  • Electricity, water, and gas bill payments
  • Insurance premium payments
  • Digital wallet services (subject to RBI guidelines)
  • Agent and merchant services

AyoPe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4. Account Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN, password, and OTP. You agree to:

  • Never share your password, PIN, or OTP with anyone — including AyoPe employees
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access at support@ayope.com
  • Use a unique, strong password for your AyoPe account

⚠️ AyoPe will NEVER ask for your OTP, password, or PIN. Do not share these with anyone claiming to be from AyoPe.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and KYC. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Transactions

All transactions on AyoPe are subject to the following terms:

  • Transactions are processed in real-time and may be irreversible once initiated
  • AyoPe is not liable for errors caused by incorrect beneficiary information entered by the user
  • Transaction limits apply as per RBI guidelines and your KYC status
  • Failed transactions will be refunded within 3–7 business days
  • AyoPe reserves the right to reverse suspicious transactions for fraud prevention

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use AyoPe for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
  • Unauthorized access or hacking of the platform
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
  • Reselling AyoPe services without authorization
  • Any activity that violates applicable Indian laws

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, fund freezing, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyoPe shall not be liable for:

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (telecom operators, banks)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events including government actions, natural disasters, or cyber attacks

AyoPe's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the transaction amount in dispute.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on AyoPe's platform are the exclusive property of Infosoft Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

AyoPe may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your pending transactions will be processed and remaining balance refunded per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. AyoPe complies with all applicable RBI, TRAI, and other regulatory guidelines.
